Good morning everyone,
Great! So now we have fruit, vegetables and one new behaviour to exercise throughout our lives. No fireworks display yet...but foundations often don't. So now we focus on H2O. Drinking more water...it can be a chore to think about, or it could be the only thing on your mind when your on that last lap and are pretty sure your about to drop. So...nice and easy, let's find ways to introduce some water to our life. Fill a water bottle, overflow a glass or blend up some smoothies to increase your intake.

Over-looking these small details allows a unstable foundation, let's give us the best possible chance of Performance...
