let's try something different today. How important is music in your life? It could be used as the source of motivation when you're on your last lap, helping override those thoughts of submission. It could be used as the pick-me-up when your mood is a little lower, or it could be blamed for swinging you partner around the floor all night, crying in laughter. The list is endless...
As James Kerr has said:
"Never be too big to do the small things that need to be done"
If you don't already have some music playlists set up, I suggest you use today to put together some of your favourite tracks to increase motivations when required. I have several for the gym, one for cooking, one for studying and one for just relaxing...they're an amazing tool to have. Simple is effective! Once the challenges continue, you will see the true value of music for our progress.
